The MyCyber Clinics web app allows you to book appointments, attend tele-consultations, and access your health records directly from your browser. Signing up takes only a few minutes, and once you’re done, you’ll be ready to explore all available features. Follow the step-by-step guide below to get started.

1. Visit the MyCyber Clinics Website

  1. Open your web browser and go to mycyberclinics.com.
  2. On the homepage, locate and click the “Sign Up” button.
  3. On the sign-in page, select “Don’t have an account? Sign up”.

2. Fill in Your Information

  1. Enter the required details, such as your email address and password.
  2. Make sure your password meets security standards. Use at least 8 characters and avoid easily guessable words.
  3. Read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before agreeing.
  4. Click Sign Up to continue.

3. Confirmation & Verification

  1. After submitting the sign-up form, you’ll receive a verification email to confirm your contact information.
  2. Open the email and click the verification link.
  3. You’ll be redirected to the Sign In page. Enter your email and password to continue.
  4. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder, if you still don’t find it, click the  Resend link option on the browser.
  5. Once verification is complete, you will be automatically logged in to the MyCyberClinics web app.

4. Onboarding / Avatar Setup

  1. After logging in, you’ll be taken to the Avatar Setup page.
  2. Choose an avatar or upload one from your device, then click Continue.
  3. On the next page, enter your contact details:
    • Title
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Gender
  4. Select the Patient option and click Continue.

5. One-Time Setup

  1. You will now be directed to a page prompting you to pay a one-time membership fee.
  2. Click Pay with Paystack to continue, or choose Proceed without payment if you prefer.
    • Note: If you skip the one-time membership fee, it will be included in your order during your first checkout.
  3. After this step, you can proceed to your dashboard and complete additional information such as your health history under the Personal Information section.

6. Access the Dashboard & Start Using MyCyber Clinics

Once your account is created and verified, you’ll gain access to the full MyCyber Clinics dashboard. From here, you can:

  • Book appointments
  • Attend virtual consultations
  • Manage your health records
  • Update your personal information

Your onboarding is now complete, and you’re ready to experience seamless digital healthcare.

7. Book Your First Consultation

  1. On the homepage, click the green plus (+) icon under Virtual Consultations.
  2. Select Schedule an Appointment.
  3. From the list of available doctors, click on the profile of your preferred doctor.
  4. A slide-over panel will appear with two buttons:
    • Green button: Schedule a call
    • Red button: View the doctor’s bio
    • If you select the green button, choose your appointment type, date, and time, then swipe to book.
    • If you select the red button, review the doctor’s bio, click Book Now, then choose your appointment type, date, and time, and swipe to book.
  5. If booking was successful, you’ll get a confirmation email immediately, this email will also calender link, so you can add the appointment to your calendar.

And that’s it, you’ve successfully booked your first consultation on MyCyber Clinics! Head over to the website: www.mycyberclincs.app to get started.

How to Sign Up for MyCyber Clinics (Android Mobile App)

Welcome! The MyCyber Clinics Android app gives you quick access to your health records, appointments, and tele-consultation services all from your mobile device. Signing up takes only a few minutes, and once you’re done, you’ll be ready to start using all the app’s features. Follow the step-by-step guide below to get started.

1. Download & Open the MyCyber Clinics App

  1. On your Android device, open the Google Play Store.
  2. In the search bar, type “MyCyber Clinics”.
  3. Tap Install to download the app.
  4. Once installed, tap Open to launch the app.

2. Start the Sign-Up Process

  1. On the app’s welcome screen, tap “Sign Up”.
  2. If you’re on the login screen, select “Don’t have an account? Sign up” to begin creating a new account.

3. Fill in Your Information

  1. Enter the required details such as your email address and password.
